I don't have that problem:
Rebecca = Rebecca or stinker
Sonya = Sonya or stinker
but out of the house everyone calls them by their names, a lot of people tend to call Rebecca Becky, she will correct them!

Justin: Brat Number 1, Justin, Bub. When I'm mad at him I call him Boy.

Rachel: Brat Number 2, Rachel, Rach, Sister Screech. When I'm mad at her I call her Girl.

Juliana--Jules, princess, JuJu, Roxie. My mom has always called her "beautiful girl"

Oldest DS is J-bird (my nickname growing up was K-bird) or just "J"

Middle DS is "I know" - because his answer to everything is that statement. You need to pass the ball more - I know, you need to do your homework - I know, you need to make your bed - I know.

Youngest DD is Pickle (she is sweet and sour)

I refer to my 2 DS's(18 & 20 yrs) as Nim and No, when talking about them to my DH. I call them Big Boo and Little Boo when talking to them. Then Jeffrey is also called Fluffy(what his cousin called him when they were little)and Michael is Smichael Warren. He really doesn't care much for Mikey anymore!
