What Do You Buy When you Shop in Orlando

Last trip we seemed to buy a fair few christmas decorations...both from Downtown Disney and in one of the malls.

Never mind folks - when it comes to excessive shopping I don't think anyone is alone. I recall a certain trip to Premium Mall. After making numerous little purchases (5 pairs of jeans, 4 pairs of shoes, shirts, handbags ..... ) we made a quick stop in the Character Outlet shop. By the time I had three overflowing baskets lined up at the cashier for "safe keeping" while I continued to shop, I casually mentioned that shopping carts may not be a bad idea. The lady behind the counter pointed out that she had never seen anyone buy so much stuff. When it was time to ring everything up she had to enlist the assistance of two other staff members to help pack as she rang up :rolleyes1. It was already becoming clear that I was never going to manage to carry everything as I was already struggling with the rest of the day's purchases. They very kindly offered to get someone to help us out to the car. When I explained that we didn't have one you could have picked her jaw up off the floor :faint: The problem was creatively resolved by a quick trip to a nearby luggage store for a suitcase  All in all it was a successful day at the mall :rotfl2:

This so sounds like me. We bought so much in the Ecko store I think we boiught one oeverything. And I can't even go n the Days of Christmas store!!

Anyway for me it has to be:-

Guess stuff
Ecko Stuff
G-Unit stuff
Yankee Candles
Anything Christmassy
Anything with an American Flag on it (DH says I would buy anything if it was glittery and had a American Flag on it!!)
Folger's Vanilla Coffee
Mrs Dash
Nike Trainers
Timberland Boots
I'm not even going to get in the Disney shopping!!

Hi
I have been hearing good things about OPI nail polish. Any ideas where I can get it when I am in Florida?
Thanks
Ann

Spotted some on Sunday in the Premium Outlet Mall - can't remember the exact price but they were all reduced from RRP and they had a massive choice of colours. Can't remember the name of the shop but it's quite small and they have a hair salon at the back of it. They sell all sorts of hair product ranges. I tend to go and buy Paul Mitchell products from there as they are very cheap.

Publix also had some - but limited choice of colours and were full price.

I hope that helps someone.

What a great thread! This really puts me to shame...
In 2006 we only went to one mall for a few hours and bought some beautiful Guess stuff for DD, now DD is 10 she loves shopping, she is busy saving her pocket money so I' going to throw myself into it a bit more in 2011 :thumbsup2
We will also have our 13 month old son with us and I'm planning to buy him some cool stuff as well :goodvibes
