What Do You Buy When you Shop in Orlando

hmm
Tommy Hilfiger Jeans (they are the only ones that I like that fit right!)
Tee Shirts
Trainers
Gap Hoodies (much cheaper than at home)
Tylenol

Advil (ibuprofen) is one of my must buys. I suspect it is the same as the stuff you can buy here but it is cheaper and just seeing the bottle makes me feel better!

Last time I bought all the things for dd's birthday party in Walmart - party favours, bags etc. I got a big princess helium balloon spray for $9.99 (not inflated), ballon shop here only charged me a couple of pounds to inflate it but said it would have cost £30 to buy from them. It is still inflated now in DD's room and her birthday was january.

I also like to buy sauces, cake mix etc - anything to extend the holiday feel a bit at home. Goldfish crakers for DD - supply lasted about 3 months after we got back.

I also buy alot of gymboree clothes for DD. Nothing like that here, always get compliments and they resell for decent money used on ebay.

I also got DD alot of bits for her room, disney picture frames etc

Oh and christmas decorations.

Our everyday drinking glasses are from pottery barn - really cute with goldfish design.

Well wrapped everything to date has made it back safely!

ok i must be weird as i love to go out there for advil! and kens honey and mustard sauce and a1 sauce!!!

I buy anything and everything I can get my hands on:lmao::lmao::lmao:

Was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo gutted when we came home on new years eve though, picture the scene;) 3and half weeks in Florida, a DCL, plus DD's 10th birthday and Xmas.

12 suitcases (DP were with us also) all too heavy:thumbsup2

It took me hours to juggle the cases taking a pair of socks out of one and re weighing etc, etc, and binned most of the old stuff, got to DTD and the bloddy scales were broke, I could of wept:eek::eek:

Sorry forgot to say, DD got her UGGS(all 3 pairs of them, swear thats what filled the cases:lmao:) in Nordstrom in the Florida Mall:thumbsup2

Oh noooooo!!!! Were you tempted to tell them "Oh I forgot all the underwear at the hotel - hold on while we go get it"? I must admit, I was dressed in way too many layers of clothes for the departure last time ..... :rolleyes1 If I could have got away with wearing 3 pairs of shoes I probably would have ;)

I cant tell you how tempted I was:headache::headache:

I didnt know weather to laugh (as we were still a little overweight or give her a right big slap as I had left soooo much stuff behind:scared1::scared1:)

Hollister, Abercrombie and Fitch, American Eagle, Make-up/Bath products, books, CDs, Disney souvenirs, Ralph Lauren and lots of candy and food! :)

We've bought 10 sets of cutlery from Pottery Barn (not all in one trip, as they weighed heavily!), DD bought her Uggs from the Walking Company in Mall of Millennia and they were the same price at Nordstrom and Bloomies. They seem to be the same price everywhere, but I can't remember how much exactly they were.

We've also bought home bedding, lots of clothes, diamond rings. For years we used to have to buy extra suitcases to bring everything home. Now, not so much with the shopping!

I like to buy my clothes over there. I tend to never buy clothes in England and just wait 'til Orlando!
The outlet malls are good (Prime Outlets, Premium Outlets), but my real fave is Ross! Ross has some real gems if you're one whose happy to wade through other bits. A couple of years ago I bought a Calvin Klein suit for $70 which was originally $400!! Plus their variety of jeans is great.

I also can't resist some memorabilia from the theme parks!

Hi
I have been hearing good things about OPI nail polish. Any ideas where I can get it when I am in Florida?
Thanks
Ann

Hi,
Love OPI nail polish. Lasts really well without chipping! They use it and sell it in the Spa at Saratoga, and I also bought some from a little shop just outside Dillards at the Florida Mall. Sorry don't know what it's called, but is just by the seats as you walk out of Dillards, on your left.
I also love COACH, the Cosmetic Co, (and the new one at Premium); and Crocs.
I bought my neice a Pandora bracelet and charms for her 18th at Polka Dotz in the Florida Mall, but she didn't want it; so I kept it, and will be looking for some more charms:)
Does anyone know if there is a Links of London anywhere and if it is cheaper?:confused3
DD's love Hot Topic, (cost me a fortune last year),Hollister, Converse,Vans, etc
Just love shopping really:cloud9:
