What do you bring?

I have a list called "Cruising ultimate packing list" I'm wondering if I need to bring some of these suggestions?

Windex wipes - for cleaning sea salt off verandah doors (doesn't housekeeping do this)
Bonine
Ginger capsules
Hylands motion sickness
Dramamine
Anti diarrhea
Lysol wipes
Jelly fish sting meds

What do you bring along these lines or tell me things that are a must from your previous experience?

I've been fortunate enough not to have the sea sickness problem but my daughter does. I would suggest the patch and put it on before starting your cruise and remember to change it as suggested. Our first cruise was a 3-night and my DD should have put a new patch on the last night because she was really effected by slightly rougher seas as the Wonder hurried to make port that night. I also wish I had scheduled our WDW stay for after the cruise as not feeling well and getting on the Disney Express and then an airplane didn't help her too much.

Ten cruises and never had to clean anything so I would skip the windex.

The only things off this list I would DEFINITELY bring:
Bonine/ginger, etc. - be prepared for sea sickness. I bring accupressure bracelets too.

Anti-diarrhea - most definitely. We had my son get a violent stomach bug once in a hotel, and I got horribly sick once at Disney World.

none of the above. if I were to need any of it I can easily purchase it on the ship. I prefer to keep the room in my bags for important things like more shoes....lol. plus, I have never needed any of these things. I have needed asprin but they have a variety of brands in the tuck shop or, if the shop isn't open, you can get them from customer service.
not everyone will agree with this but it works for me. why carry it is my moto. others will argue that when I need it and can't get it i'll change my mind. as its just me and dh i'm willing to keep taking the chance.

I always bring some aspiring, gas x, allergy, nail file, ibuprofen, and end up not needing them most of the time. Yes, you can purchase on the ship for an arm and a leg. I always bring sea bands for nausea but only needed to use them for 2 of 12 cruises so far.

Your room will be clean and if you find something wrong then just call housekeeping. You will find housekeeping really nice on the ship. The customer service on the ships is first class.

Make sure you pack a sweat shirt or sweater just in case it gets cold unless you plan on purchasing one down there. Bring comfortable shoes due to all the walking. I always bring a tote or small backpack to put my nice shoes in and swap them before entering a nice restaurant.

I always pack a small first aid kit with bandaids, neosporin, hydrocortisone, a pain reliever, pepto bismal, and a sleep aid. I pack everything in a small cosmetic bag so it doesn't take up much room in the suitcase, it's small enough to fit in one of DH's shoes. This year I added hand sanitizer wipes which came in handy when we were on shore and after eating ice cream for sticky fingers. I don't use them as a replacement for handwashing but as a supplement.

If you burn easily pack the largest bottle of sunscreen you can buy, a bottle of after sun lotion, and a hat, I like a hat with a brim all the way around. Reapply frequently and liberally.

I don't worry about cleaning supplies for the room, the room stewards clean twice a day and our state room was always impeccable.

My husband tends to over eat on cruises so acid pills are a must.
I bring a can of Lysol and spray everything down, especially doorknobs, light switches and remotes.
