I also use Ofoto. You can't post pictures from there into your DIS sig but you can share albums with people and order pictures etc. I really like their editing features.

DSis, Hilside uses Snapfish. I'm pretty sure it's free.

I tried to use free online photo albums that "said" I can post to message boards it quickly ended up not allowing me to post.
I gave in and have been using www.fotki.com for the past 3 years for $30 a year. I really like it! They give yo unlimited storage space.

Check with your ISP, they might offer you a free webpage where you can upload your pics. With mine I get a free page for up to 8 e-mail accounts.
