I get Disney emails but they are all from Disney Insider. Is this the emails that show PINS (if you are one of the lucky ones)?

I called Disney and I was on the phone for my whole lunch hour. No one could tell me if I was signed up for the correct mailing list. I was transfered over and over again and at one point I was transfered to their Mail room LOL.

I am registered on the website and I have a vacation booked.

Anyone know?

When I got a pin code the email came from disney destinations. When you registered on the disney web site, you need to make sure to check the box that states you do want to get emails about special offers from them. Since you get the insider email, you must already be registered, so make sure that you have said that you want to get the offers. I believe you can check that on your profile on the web site.

As the previous poster said, they are from Disney Destinations. I wanted to add to be sure to read the entire mail, as the PIN /discount may not be mentioned in the subject line. Even though you are already booked, you can trying checking different dates and resorts online - then click "save for later." This "shopping" seems to trigger the PIN's for some people. In order to save the offer you will have to be registered on the Disney site. This will give them your e-mail. Be sure your profile says that it is okay for them to contact you by e-mail with special offers or something like that. Good luck!

What I did was book trips for the dates I wanted to go. I would then save them but not finish. Then a survey/questionaire would come up asking me why I didn't book. I would always put that the cost was too high or something like that. Then one day I got an email, with a header of something like. "A deal for the ******* family". But this email was in my Junk box, so always check your junk mail. I did that about 10 times, but you have to be registered at the disney site with you email address.:thumbsup2 I ended up getting 30% off of the room rack rate for pop cent.

I am curious as to how you tell if you actually got a PIN. Does it say PIN code and its for certain dates etc? I received a DVD today from Disney Destinations, would there be a code there someplace???

So bottom line.... how can I spot the PIN, or tell if I got it.

ours came by email and it had the resort and week we had "saved as a vacation offer". So once we had saved it, apparently someone was watching because all the same info was included in the email. The email came from Disney Destinations .....make sure to check your spam folder just in case. That's where ours was and if I didn't check it, we'd have lost it !!!!

Another helpful hint, I started saving offers exclusively for the dates listed above (included in the PIN) so that disney knew I wanted to come during that time. All of my offers were during one of those discount dates and our email was titled "Explore your Disney resort picks, ____ Family!". The actual pin code offer was in smaller print under the picture of WL w/ our dates and travel party info on it. To think if it wasn't for the Dis I could have missed it!
