What do I need to check-in at Port?

Hi, sailing June 5th on the Dream . I have printed off the online check-in signature form, this says my name, room num, PAT etc. Do I need to print anything else; an actual booking confirmation? We will have our passports.

Also can I ask, where it asks for the 'minor' signature do the kids sign it or do I sign it?

You should also receive in your e-mail a notice asking you to print off and sign a simple one-page health form to bring with you to the terminal. If for some reason you didn't receive it, they will have one for you to complete and sign at check-in.

If your kids can't sign their own names, then the parent does it. You don't need the booking confirmation.

You need your on-line check in form and the health for IF they send you one by e-mail, your Passport or birth Certifcates. Your kids don't have to sign, but I always had my DD sign. Just a fun thing for them to do if they are old enough.

Last time, I forgot everything at home. They just did it there. Sure it takes a few extra minutes, but was fine. I'd prefer to have it all ready for them, but sometimes you are just happy to be welcomed aboard!

All you NEED is your form of ID that will get you on the ship. Knowing cabin number is good for dropping the bags with the porters.

Everything can be filled out when you get there, even luggage tags. But knowing the cabin number helps with that lol.
