What do I do? Please advise on airfare - my 1st time doing it myself!

Please tell me what to do. I have booked everything except our flight....

I am travelling Oct 20-27 from BUF to MCO, MUST be a non-stop (preteen, 2 preschoolers and a newborn).

AirTran has nonstops available on the times and dates I want for $89 each way. I am thinking I should book the seats but don't want to later regret my choice so thought I would run it by the experts here.

Should I wait for SWA to release their flights in June?

Anything less than the $500 per person we are accustomed to paying through Pearson excites us and I am worried about doing the wrong thing! Help!

Have a look through www.kayak.com to compare...but $89 non-stop is a "grab it and go" in my books!!

You may be able to get $69 on SW or a cheaper DING but $89 is pretty good. $40 extra bucks for piece of mind is good.

I agree. If you were really, really lucky, you "might" see a $59 Ding - but they've been pretty scarce of late. Getting non-stop for $89 and knowing that it's already done is, to quote those commercials ... priceless. We flew AirTran in summer 2005, but it had one stop each way in Atlanta. Going down ... fine ... coming home ... awful! grab those n/s now!

I booked thru AirTran out of Rochester and got return direct for 4 for $ 900 CAD.

AirTran has the best direct deals I have found by far. Do it!!

Thank you all so much for getting back to me so fast! I didn't want to let it go either. I am now sooooo super excited!!!

I booked a direct flight Buf to Mco for a family of 5 (plus an infant) for $996 US!!!

I can't even believe I was dumb enough to spend $2500 on 4 tickets from Pearson in 2005!!!

Now, the lady did tell me I needed to call back with my newborn's name. I also explained that our oldest daughter is legally blind so they promised me seating together. Are they pretty good with that?

Also, I am to check in from home 24 hours ahead of time - what do you all do coming home? I am staying at Windsor Hills, does anyone know if they have computers available for such a thing?

we have a house at Windsor Hills next month and when I asked, they said they did not have internet accessibility. I also need the internet so I am hoping I can find an internet cafe somewhere. I know that there is an internet machine in the lobby of the Dolphin Resort that my husband drove over and used last year!!

keep looking at the southwest web page 4 to 5 times a day the prices change that much..we paid as little as $21.00 each way and mostly $49,00 eachway,,we ars going feb 24 to march3 for $135.00 return. we go 3 to 4 times a year its so cheap..weve gone for 4 days just to get away,
