What do do while kids are on Albatross Cruise?

Hi!

Our two boys will be doing the Albatross Cruise in December. We will still have DD 2 1/2 with us while they are cruising.

Any suggestions on how to fill those 2 hours? We have never been to the Yacht Club, what kind of things to they have there? Anything that is a must see?

My wife and I took a nice slow paced walk through Epcot while our son was on the tour last January. Not sure what will be open at that time of day but you could also explore the Boardwalk and Yacht & Beach Club resorts as a non park related activity. Maybe get some breakfast type food from the Boardwalk Bakery.
