What do Disney ponchos look like?

I know this soulds silly, but I would like to know what color the rain ponchos are that they sell at WDW. This way I can be sure to buy a different color to take with us. I figure that I can keep a better eye on my group if we look different from everyone else should we be caught in a poncho herd. TIA

I'm pretty sure ours are clear with a big mickey on them, that's one from last spring though so they might have changed since then.

I have seen yellow and clear ones with Mickey on them.

For the last few years, the ponchos are clear. Before that, they were yellow. It was too difficult to locate your kids in a sea of yellow ponchos. The clear ones allow you to pick out your kids/family in a group.

That's what they look like. I don't know if they're still selling the ones that have a Mickey printed on them instead of a castle. I still see the Mickey ones, but that could be people bringing them back.

They haven't sold the yellow ones in years. You still see one once in a while, but that's someone bringing it back.

We were told they changed to clear ones after 9/11, when they set up the security points at the parks. You could conceal things under the yellow ones. Can you imagine anyone pulling an uzi out from under a yellow Mickey poncho?

Anyway - I bought clear ones, and blue (altho pretty see-thru) ones at Dick's Sporting Goods for 99cents each.

they were switched in 2003. i doubt 9/11 had anything to do with it. terrorists can buy any color poncho they want elsewhere. they can even go poncholess. and disneyland's continued to be blue after wdw switched to clear.

The ponchos that are for sale at all Walt Disney parks and Downtown Disney this summer are clear and are generic to all Disney theme parks.

The clear ones also do not seem as sturdy as the yellow for some reason. I saw several people with the clear ones that ripped and saw people still walking around with the yellow ones (so you know they hold up pretty well). We just used el cheapos from the local Dollar Tree that worked just fine.
