What dinner experiance to splurg on

Family is going to Orlando in April. We are doing Universal and Islands of Adventure this time becuase Disney was out of our budget this year. I am wanting to splurg on big dinner experiance and need suggestions.

I am considering the following:
Makahiki Luau Dinner Show at Seaworld
'Ohana at the Poly and catch the Wishes Fireworks
Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary (catch Wishes??)
Trail's End Buffet at Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground
Arabian Nights

I do not want to spend $50 per adult for the Disney Dinner shows like Hoop dee Doo ...Its just to expensive for our budget this year! Also we are not buying park tickets for Disney so we can only eat in a resort or somewhere OUTSIDE Disney.
Anyone got some other suggestions or opinions on the above mentioned places?

Chef Mickeys is a good idea and hopefully you are able to catch Wishes....Trails End we are going to try for the first time in April.....I would suggest those two for your budget.
How about the Cape May Buffet ....it sounds like a good deal and good food...
