Fresh. We roasted them in the oven with the potatoes and carrots. I actually prefer them steamed.

I do mine sauteed in olive oil and garlic. My new favorite veggie. LOL Never thought I'd say that.

Man last night was like some kind of blur -- I remember potato chips, some almond cookies, was looking for hot tamales- but could not find any! That was so sad. And.... oh yes, a Pepsi (Needed that for the chips) and a couple of little snickers (Not from people ha, the candy) Oh ... and..... some kind of spaghetti o's before the chips. Had been tempted by a pop tart, but I managed to resist, although often resistance is futile. No, really.

Ah.... a meal that is worthy of my post .... and makes up for the potato chip/cookie blur from a few days ago. ha ...


Marinated Organic Half Semi Boneless Chicken, with Yukon Mashed Potatoes served with a vegetable medley of broccoli, green beans and baby carrots aldente.

For Dessert: a serving of Cannoli Cake.
