What did you have for dinner last night?

We had chevy's.....we did a bunch of yard work/garden building this weekend and yesterday we didn't even eat until 4...we were starving!!! I had a 3 item combo and ate every bite, which I very rarely do! lol I was sooooooooooooo hungry!!!! And it was sooooooo good!
I had a cheese enchilada, chicken taco and chicken flautas, YUM!

We had scallops in a cream wine sauce with bacon and chives, over rice.. and pan fried with tyme brussle sprouts!

I have not eaten yet... and i am hungry... I did have a banana earlier though, it was a bit too ripe for my tastes, so I did not finish it.

So I was thinking maybe a sandwich? Am trying to remember when the deli closes. Oh well, if it is closed I will just get something else. I like Fresh Choice, is there one near any of you?

Mac n Cheese, from a box. I'm not sure where it came from but was in the cupboard for a long while. I meant to donate it at Christmas but it had expired. It tasted very plane.

LOL my son once told one of the customers at the grocery store that I used to work at that he LOVED macaroni & cheese...2 days later there was a brown grocery bag filled to the top with boxed mac & cheese in the bed of my pick-up. We will never eat all this as it only gets cooked when I am not at home..for me powdered cheese is just wrong I do not eat the stuff.

Tonight I went to a Luau birthday party and we had Hawaiian Haystacks for dinner. For those who do not know what this is (I didn't) it is rice (brown or white) covered in chunky chicken gravy and you top it with the following (choose your own combo I left a few out on mine) coconut reg or toasted, slivered almonds, diced celery, green onions, raisins, crasins, dry roasted peanuts, tomatos, pineapple, sunflower seeds, I think that is everything...I left out raisins (waste of good grapes) coconut (only like it fresh and we are in Montana folks) and dry roasted peanuts (thought almonds & sunflower seeds were enough crunch) off of mine and this whacked out crazy combo was actually REALLY GOOD I was very surprised and had seconds. Am going to have to go find the recipe for the chunky chicken gravy part online or ask for it Sunday.

I had 2 big pieces of turkey breast cutlets, which I coated with panko crumbs, and made a Japanese Ponzu sauce. Served it with rice and stirfried snap peas. Yum. And it only took 1/2 an hour to pull together.

That sounds really good!

Spaghetti squash, baked zucchini, and extra lean sirloin meatballs...yeah, we're trying to eat healthy...

Corned beef & cabbage w/ onions & carrots glazed with mustard & brown sugar and homemade irish soda bread.

Roasted chicken, green beans and mashed potatos.

That sounds really good .... yum! I will be right over...;)

I had Jalapeño Cream Cheese Poppers, a hot dog and an Icee (Orange Cream Fanta)
Then while watching my movie, ate some pop corn and bite size chocolate chip cookies.
Some dude was being a noisy bother behind me, so I had to tell him to knock it off, otherwise I will have to slap him. Seriously I said that. I have no problem with telling people what to do, where to go, and what to do once they get there!

That sounds very tasty! It will take me a while though to reach CT.

I have not had dinner yet, so am not sure what I might eat. I am not really hungry right now, because I have been snacking. A little pop corn, then later on Italian antipasti (I don't know who would be against it ;) ) The rest of my mini-chocolate chip meringues, then not long ago, apples with caramel (From Target) Yum!

Last night I didn't eat dinner, which is not uncommon for me on weekends. :) Tonight we had lasagne and garlic bread. :)

Last night was corn dogs, french fries & onion rings..a very uncommon fair food night at our house but that's what I get when I let Colton pick.

Tonight was garden vege spagetti, garlic bread & salad.

Last night we had steaks and my husband decided he was done waiting for good weather to grill...
