We leave tomorrow and I'm all packed. I've gone over everything three times and keep thinking there's that one important thing I forgot. Tuesday we're taking the Backstage Magic Tour. Many months ago I read on these boards that you MUST have a picture i.d. with you to do the tour. My passport was the first thing I put in my carry on. Was there anything important like that, that you forgot? I'm driving myself (and DH) nuts! I realize that WDW is in a mega metropolis with stores everywhere...I just want to make sure I don't forget those things you can't replace in Walmart!

We are both in the same boat...but I find its not what I forgot...but...what I should have left home!

Im leaving Thursday and packed yesterday. Yes if feels like Im forgetting something, just cant put my finger on it.
Maybe....we are not forgetting anything??? ;)

What I will be doing these next few days is....downsizing my cloths. I usually hate myself for overpacking and promise not to do it. Im getting better!

See you there !!

Have a Disney Day!!

Don't panic--we all forget at least something. Just have each family member walk through a day and see if there's an item they come up with that they still need to throw in.
The majors are: prescription meds (take along the written one if you can); contacts , cases, and solutions; watches; photo ids (school ids work for younger children); glasses; an extra pair of comfortable shoes; underwear (one year my DD only packed 2 pair:crazy: ).; camera and film.

Have a great time and relax....you can buy anything with that "green stuff".
OH--AND DONT FORGET THE MONEY.

WDW on JUNE 24:wave: :earsgirl: :earsboy: :earsboy: :earsgirl:

I have never forgotten anything, I can't believe it!
BUT if you do wear contacts, always bring an extra pair! I always do even when im going overnight, incase you drop one when taking them out, or one should pop out and you lose it!

Last year both my husband and I forgot our razors! One of the CM's said that Disney was all out of razors to sell in their hotel stores, so she was kind enough to buy some for us after work. All I had to do was stop in in the morning. Wasn't that great?! I had invisioned myself a hairy beast at BB, but she saved me.

Ok, If you take a cab to the airport, MAKE SURE ALL YOUR LUGGAGE IS IN THE CAB....
On our last trip I thought all the luggage was in the trunk and HE thought the luggage was in (I was inside locking up the house while he was dealing with the cab driver), BUT when we got to the airport and the cabbie opened up the trunk there was only one suitcase!! SO we had to go shopping soon as we got to Orlando and the arguing on the plane was NOT the right way to start off a trip.

So far Ive got everything Ive forgotten the last 4 trips- Contact solution, contact case, cell phone charger, and sunscreen :)

Who knows yet what Ill forget this time--

As my grandpa said "all you need is money" cause then you can buy everything you forgot :)

One year we took my DD and her best friend to WDW over Thanksgiving weekend and for MVMCP. The first night I went to get my PJ's and found I didn't have any.

This was after we got started a little later than planned because we had locked all our house keys in the house. So we had to break into the house to get my purse which had the only set of keys we were taking.

But PJ's are an easy replace. I bought a nightshirt that I love (in fact have on right now).

I have a friend that has forgotten her tickets to Disney 2X and forgotten her tickets to the state fair she was on her way to once. We now tape them to her!!! LOL

Sunglasses - also easy to replace. So ow I have the sunglasses I got at Disney, the ones I got a the Jersey shore and the ones I got in Lake George! :smooth:

Film, Film, Film & More Film ::yes::

We take a ton of pictures of Mickey::MickeyMo and the gang.

Buy your film at your local Walmart or K-Mart, you will save a lot of money if you don't have to buy it at WDW where it can get rather costly. :wave2:

(By the way. I see you are from Cranford. I grew up in Westfield and did 2-years over at Union College.)
