What days to see Remy?

We have a Sunday lunch reservation at Chef's de France. I had read somewhere that Remy is there 6 days a week. Could anyone tell me which day he is not there? The CM taking my reservation was unable to locate this information. Thanks!

I hate to be the one to tell you...but he is not there on Sunday.

I don't think I've posted a link before so I hope it works. I read that Remy is there Monday thru Saturday.

Yep...it's Sunday he's off. You will need to change that reservation if you want to see him.

I started a thread a few days ago with this info (as given to me by CM who read it off of computer, so it's accurate!), but I guess no one read it:

Remy appears Monday - Saturday, 12:30-6:00pm, until Sept. 5/09.

There are no set times for his appearance but he will make several appearances between 12:30 and 6 PM daily execpt Sundays.
