What day, What park?

I remember reading something about the best days to visit certain parks but need a reminder. I'm visiting this Jan.9 thru the 16. We want to go to MK one day and Epcot one. Would like not to do them back to back though. Is there a place I can find out the early entry days for disney guests that week? Is this week in Disney generally slow? Thanks for the help!!

From our past experiences Sunday has been a great day for Epcot. We tried a Friday during the school year once but it was filled with school kids on day trips.
