What currency does Uber use in Europe?

Forgive me, guys. It's my first trip to Europe and I have about a million little questions that I want to be prepared for.

In the US, I use Uber a lot for quick transportation and was looking into using Uber in Europe. Since I signed up with a US account, will it charge my credit card and save me a foreign transaction fee or does it convert to Euro and charge me 3%?

They charge you in whatever currency the country is. (Euros in France, Pounds in GB, etc) I can't comment on the foreign transaction fees because mine is attached to a card with no foreign transaction fees.

It is in Euro, and you are charged 5 euro for missing your uber. I'd set your account to be hooked up to a CC that doesn't have foreign transaction fees. We used uber in the UK and Paris and had no real issue.
