What condition are the POFQ rooms in since the closure?

Were they rehabbed in any way while the POFQ was closed?

When we stayed just after it reopened our room (Building 1) had not been rehabbed. The outside had been completely painted, but no inside work had been done and it showed. I told the PO management and was told that the room I stayed in has since been rehabbed. I was very surprised that Disney did not rehab the rooms. It appeared to me as they had literally shuttered the rooms and left them alone. Carpets were not shampoo'd, walls were not painted, scratched furniture had not been repaired, shower had not been scrubbed (there was some mildew). I have certainly stayed in worse rooms, but as I told the management, it just wasn't what I expected of Disney. I think Disney had such a high standard for so many years (and charged for it) that now that they're cost cutting like everyone else, it stands out so much!
