What characters don't sign autographs?

Hi!! Haven't been on here in a while, but I'm glad to be back! . Planning a trip to WDW....I can't wait!!! . Anyways, I'm wondering what characters don't sign autographs, because I'd be mortified if I asked for one and then they couldn't even sign one. I get nervous meeting characters, sorry. . Thanks!

Here is some that I've come across:
-Baloo and King Louie meet together but only Baloo can sign autographs
-Mike and Sulley can not sign
-I'm pretty sure Buzz Lightyear still signs with a stamp
-I've heard Wreck it Ralph and Venellope don't sign

Buzz does use a stamp. Mr. Incredible usually uses a stamp but sometimes will sign. Just depends.

Mike and Sulley do not sign. They do not have a signature card.

Wreck it Ralph and Venellope do not sign, but you do get a signature card while you are waiting.

Belle does not sign in ETWB. You get a signed bookmark. She will sign for the character breakfast or over in Epcot.

Jack Skellington and Sally do not sign, you get a signature card while at the MNSSHP.

I'm pretty sure during special occassions (like True Love week last year) the Princes and Princesses didn't sign to help the lines move more swiftly.
