What car rental places rent to 23 yo's?

My friend has a Credit card... but is only 23...

Will he have any trouble renting a car?

I work for Thrifty Car rental in the reservation center. You can rent if you are 21-24 but an underage surcharge applies. Most cities charge $25.00 per day. HTH!

I've rented from Enterprise when I was younger and it was $10 a day. Prices could vary..I'd call and check.

You can rent a car if you're under 25, but you're going to be charged extra for it. If you look on Mousesavers.com, I think there's a code that waives the underage fee - maybe even for Thrifty??? Good luck!

Enterprise.com lets you put in your age from the first page and will show you the total rate with the surcharge included.
