I am getting responses that ESPN is one of the best places in the World for a cheeseburger (close second is Beaches and Cream). I found the menu for Beaches and Cream, but have had no luck finding ESPN. Where is it? Can I make an ADR? What is there to do besides the food? What is involved in getting PlayStation at the table? What else do I want to know about? I am thinking about this for DS who will be 14 at the time of our trip. Closer to 15 actually. Thanks.

I llike Beaches and Cream more..I had a good meal at ESPN..I thought the chili dog was gross, but then I always think chili dogs are gross. We had some really good chicken wings..Oh and the portions are very big. You can share here.

I think your son will love it if he is a sports fan! There is sports memorbilia on all the walls and tvs everywhere-even in the bathrooms! I think the food is pretty good and the portions are huge. Unfortunately, you can not make reservations. We ate there one time at about 1:30pm on a Sunday afternoon and walked right in. On our last trip, we ate there on Thursday night during the first round of the NCAA tournament. We had to wait about 25 minutes, but it was a great atmosphere for watching the games. We've sat at tables on both our visits and they did not have playstation. (Maybe you have to sit in a booth?) There is an ESPN gift shop attached to the restaurant. This is where my DS choose to buy his Disney souvenirs.

Downtown Disney is it's locale. We have one in Chicago. The bigger kids (9 and up) like it. Is horribly noisy and chaotic to me with all the video games and things. No cheeseburger is worth all that and all the crazy teens and preteens to me. LOL

We visited at lunch time and had no wait. The food was good (except the key lime pie) and large portions. We have been to Disney 12 times and have visited most restaurants (this was only our second ESPN visit). If you have visited the better places than ESPN is worth a stop but I wouldn't take time here when there are so many other great places.

We love ESPN! Always go at least twice while we are at the World. Great hot wings, burgers, and the reason I go is the killer Tuna sandwich. We have never had any problems at ESPN. Great place!

Thank you for all of the input. I had started another thread about where to find the best cheeseburgers because DS is a huge cheeseburger fan and when we are on vacation he eats them EVERY NIGHT! He is a bit apprehensive about going to Disney (he has never been) and our travel companions include three younger children. Even though seeking out places like ESPN and Beaches and Cream are not high on my list, I would like to plan a few things that will be special for DS. I know a lot of the other stuff we will be doing will appeal more to the younger kids, and I want to make my son feel we are doing stuff for him too.

So, are there 2 ESPN places? :confused3 One at Boardwalk and one at DTD?
