VP is awesome! We used them for the first time last year and wow! They not only got us front row balcony seating for Fantasmic (there were 8 in our group), they made our reservations to Goofy's Breakfast, Blue Bayou, had gift baskets in the two rooms, chocolate covered strawberries in one room, chocolate covered rice krispie treats in the other, birthday balloons for one in our party, autographed pictures sent to each of the 4 kids in our group, great advise to make our trip even more wonderful and they went even a step further because I was making these plans from Canada and they made reservations for us at the Rainforest Cafe even though that isn't part of their package. We are going again in Nov 2008 and have already booked our room at the PP and will be contacted Vacation Planning with a list of reservations we would like for that trip. It is a wonderful service worth using!
