what can I eat that'll help

me get to sleep earlier? don't want to take perscription anything- but after I get home from work @ 11:30 I can't get to sleep before 130/2:00
 
Turkey? Warm milk? If you are just opposed to prescription stuff you could take a benadryl, that always helps me feel drowsy. Maybe a drink? But not with the benadryl, that might be overkill, LOL.
 
melatonin, usually gets me to sleep in a 10 minutes.
 

I think your body needs time to unwind before you will fall asleep. It's natural. Unless you really want to drug yourself, I think it will be difficult to fall asleep much sooner.

It's a herb that you can buy in the health food section of your grocery store. It'll mellow you out so you can sleep.

Same here. I take melatonin and a benadryl because my nose is always drippy and within 10-15 min I'm out cold
