What bus for a 10:45 PAT

We cruise one week from today and are spending Friday night at the MCO Hyatt. What time should we head down to the busses?

I wanted to get to the port in the first bus (9 am ish) but don't want to be stuck waiting around in the terminal for hours.

Our first cruise we got to the port and immediately on boat so we didn't get to check out anything at the port.

Any advice/suggestions would be appreciated.

The last time I stayed at the MCO Hyatt and used Disney transfers to the port was in 2013 so it may be different now. We thought we'd be early arriving a little before 9:00 (like 8:50) but boy was I wrong. There was quite a line. We are using Disney transfers from the airport again in October and plan on showing up at 8:30.
