What Brings You Back

Omg! This song came on my iPod this afternoon and it brought me RIGHT back!!! I listen to Disney Parks music/ambience all of the time to keep me sane and get me excited but this song just did it for me. I'm sure as soon as everyone hears it they'll know exactly where it's from.

As I listen to it, I can literally feel like I just got off the bus and I'm walking towards the entrance. It's surreal. Tell me it doesn't do the same.

OMG - that gave me goosebumps! I'm soooooo gonna have to get a few cd's this trip!

I just usually have to get my "fix" by watching Youtube videos and reading TR's. Well, until I get depressed that I'm not there and then I have to stop for a while.

Well, I doubt there's ANY Disney parks ambience/music on iTunes. I just use Limewire. I search for everything. Disney, Disney World, Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom etc. You're be surprised how much comes up. I am working on a small little collection now. I will upload it and post the link here so anyone can download it if they want.

It'll be the songs/ambience that best gets me in the mood. And if anyone has any requests, please let me know! I'd be happy to see if I have anything.

Mm. This is going to be a project now! I will do my best to find some AK Asia stuff. I have some leads. I'll get back to you.

Going with my family

Staying at All Star Sports and this is our first year getting free dining.

We have downgraded from deluxe, to mod, and now to value. It's our first time doing value so I am kind of nervous but just happy we get to go!!

We have downgraded from deluxe, to mod, and now to value. It's our first time doing value so I am kind of nervous but just happy we get to go!!

Ah. But I thought the value resorts only had free quick service dining?

But anyway, the value resorts are pretty good. I've only stayed at Pop Century myself but I like it! It's different from the other resorts. Value resorts are busier with more hustle and bustle which is kind of cool. I like that. The only thing I don't like is the main bus stop out in the front. I always liked the private little bus stops.

Also, PC is the only value resort with its own bus. A lot of times, the All Star resorts will share a bus to all 3. Maybe they don't do it so much anymore but they used to.

You will LOVE free dining! Last year was the first year I got it and, wow, you would not believe how much we ate! Make sure you lose a few pounds before you go you'll need it!

Why did you downgrade so much?

Well we decided either downgrade or not go - so we chose to downgrade!

When we went three years ago and stayed at AKL we thought it was a once in a 10 year thing. However, my kids and myself along with my husband totally fell in love with being completely immersed in DISNEY!!! Thus, we have been going every year since and it is something we totally look forward too!!

I might add though - since I have added the Splash Mountain song my daughter (8 yo) doesn't want to give me my ipone back

We only got Quick service dining - since it is our first time

The "it's the time of your life" song by that Corbin kid gives me goosebumps and I tear up every time I hear it.
It was the theme last summer (our first trip with our kiddos) and was played in all of the parades, on the buses, it seems like we heard it everywhere! LOVE IT!

Edited to say the song is actually called "Celebrate you".

Everything ....

For me its Hawaiian Roller Coaster ...we stayed at the Polynesian the last visit . Every night we'd walk to down the beach and watch the water pagent , and then the fireworks. The building that the have the luau was behind us so we got to see glimpses of the show The fire dancer was the end of the show then the cast would sing Hawaiian Roller Coaster sigh good time good time.
