What bothers you ?

Jakesmom- God bless your mom and sister! Isn't it great to have those happy memories. My mom and I had lots of fun and can't wait to get back. The jerks can just keep making their faces and comments. We actually got a lot of laughs about the couple of times I nearly ran her off a curb and when I did run her into a pole coming down a ramp at the resort. Thankfully she wasn't hurt but, darn those downhill stops are tough lol

For the life of me I can not imagine making a rude comment or a giving a dirty look to a person in a wheelchair just because loading the chair on the bus takes an extra few minutes of my time. :sad2:
I can't understand it, but I can imagine it because it has happened on the buses a few times to us (not often). The comments we've heard included "they shouldn't let those people ride the bus" and "they take up 3 seats for that wheelchair. That means 3 less people can sit". (This was when we had actually been the first at the bus stop, so if my DD was not have been using a wheelchair, we would have taken up 4 seats for our party because we were the first in line. As it was, the other 3 of us stood so that we would not take up any "extra" seats besides what DD's wheelchair took up.

Another pet peeve is the people who get mad when upgrades, special treatment, and freebies aren't automatically given to them because they are celebrating a special occasion. Thousands of people are on a daily basis. It just isn't feasible to acknowledge all of them. I just don't get how having a stranger from a hotel not acknowledging a birthday is cause for complaint? I'd rather my family do something special than someone who really doesn't care whether it is my birthday or not.

Can I just ask a question to the people who have said that they accidently hit people with their strollers? I know it was an accident, but did you acknowledge that you even hit the person?? I think that's what the pet peeve really is about. You get hit and the person looks the other way, gives YOU the dirty look or doesn't apologize.

I can only answer for myself, obviously, :flower:
Yes I apologize if I ran into the person. Now if the person jumped in front of my stroller or was hit while trying to angle me right off the walkway, sometimes I will and sometimes I won't. I would not dream of neglecting to say Sorry if I ran into someone while distraced or whatever!!

That is one of the rudest things I have ever heard of. Im sorry that happened.

I cant add anything to the list because we havent been yet. Im just reading the list so I can try not to annoy anyone. :goodvibes

I am not a bigot but Foreigners form outside the US seem to be the most
pushy and loud as if we owe them something for coming to DisneyWorld

Not trying to start anything but many people from outside of the US feel this way about US citizens when they visit other countries as well.

Wow, I am really surprised at the responses this got, I guess there was more irritants then I realized.

Well a bad day at Disney is still better then a good day at work (lol)
