Ok, this is inspired by the "Wierdest Thread" thread..... and the fact that I just cracked my bisep (SP?).

So are you a "cracker"? Can you crack anything that you don't think others can? I can pop my sholders, both biseps, my toes, feet, knees, upper inner thigh..... back, wrists, knuckles, neck.... Oooh, and for about a year after having each kid, every time I sat up from bed, my pubic bone would pop.

What about you???

I can pop my fingers, my toes, my knees, my wrists and *gasp* my sternum!!

Right now, it seems like just about every joint is cracking. Got out of bed this morning and snapped, crackled and popped my way to the bathroom. Turns out pregnant ladies' bodies have a lot of the hormone relaxin that loosens joints.

My hips pop - they have ever since I can remember.

Right now I can crack the middle of my pelvis in the front... :scared: It hurts like hell, but other than that.. Hips, knees (thank you dad for giving me your bad knees), fingers, toes, wrists, ankles, back, one of the joints in my lower back by my saitic nerve ever since my car accident. The only thing I can't crack is my neck it seems :confused3 I can't wait to see me when I'm 70. I'm gonna be like snap, crackle, pop every time I walk, get up, or move :sad2:

I've dislocated just about every joint I have - don't know if that has anything to do with it, though. I can crack/pop my knuckles, wrists, shoulders, neck, back, sternum, hips, knees, ankles, and toes.

All of the above, and on rare occasion have popped my nose. Near the top, and it feels a lot like popping your sternum. I pop my back and coccyx by bending over, standing part way up and dropping. It sounds like a xylophone.

Does anyone have a cracking addiction? In other words, when you DON'T crack your joints you get antsy.

From top to bottom:

neck
shoulders
back (upper and lower back - dancer stretchs)
elbows
wrists
fingers
hips
knees
ankles
and toes.

OOoohhh...I LOVE'S me a good crackin'!

I can crack:

Jaw (just by shifting it to the left or right. It's my favorite crackable part)

Knuckles

Wrists

Toes

But more importantly, I LOVE cracking parts on other people. DH lets me crack his toes (by pulling or bending them...LOVE IT!!!!) and his back by bear hugging him and squeezing or by having him lay face down on the floor and I push down on his back.

Aaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwwsome!

I love to walk on Dh's back. Its sooooo much fun to just move my feet in the right way and get all those bones cracked! :thumbsup2

Cracking my pelvis--something to look forward to? :scared1:

Hang in there, you're almost done! I'm only halfway. :(

DD11 cracks her nose, toes, ankles, wrists, thumbs, back and neck every night before she goes to sleep -- it drives me crazy:scared1: She just lies there and cracks away:laughing: I wondered if it was normal and it's good to hear that, while it may not be "normal", others can and do do it:rotfl:
