What area should I request for PBH??

My DH and I leave for Universal in 9 days (WOOHOO!!), and we are staying the first 3 nights at the Portofino....I've heard people talking about rooms and where to request them....We have a bayview room booked at the Entertainment rate, and I was wondering where I should request?? We want to be near the pool and the boat dock to ride to the parks, so should I request the East or West Wing??? I'm going to try and get an upgrade to a deluxe room, so we'll see, but I want to be near everything, so I was just wondering if that's the east or west wing?? Thanks for your help!

Call the hotel direct and ask for guest services. They will answer all your questions, I have always found them to be very helpful.

You want to be in the West Wing. That's just a hop to the boats and both the villa and beach pools are steps away. You will love PBH I miss it and can't wait to go back. I hope you get Billy in Guest Services he's awesome but so if Jeff and Candice.LOL

Ask for concierge and make ressies' for mama dellas' while your on the phone you DON'T want to miss a wonderful meal at mamma's! Oh and get yourself hooked up at the spa it's awesome. Shawn and Kirsten are both wonderful the japense silk facial is heaven!

We also enjoy the west wing. It's close to the boat dock.
