What are your plans for your Christmas Vacation?

I want to see Narnia and go shopping for after Christmas sales. We will also be going to a family members home to celebrate Christmas.

After a quiet family Christmas, I will be heading to NYC to visit my best friend. While there, I plan to do some after-holiday shopping and see a show or two. Hopefully, the weather will cooperate and the looming transit strike will be resolved.

Well, since I have to work Dec 23,24 and 25 I'm sending my kids with their dad to see Narnia. I'm off Tuesday so i will take them ice skating, then back to work. I'm a nurse and I love my job but around the holidays it kinda sucks.

My week is pretty much planned out...Monday, sister is coming with her family to celebrate christmas, Tuesday-DD has playdate with abby, Wednesday DD has a playdate with Jamie, Thursday DD has a playdate with Jamie, Friday we are catching a movie, Saturday New Years Eve Party, Sunday, DD's friend Cam coming over while her parents go to a jets game so she will be here 8 hours or so....I will take the tree and decorations down while they are playing...
I work full time so on my days off we usually try to cram in as many playdates as we can at our house!

I'm taking Tuesday off and will go shopping and drive the kids to wherever they planned out. Then I work the rest of the week.

We are leaving for Hawaii in about 18 hours!!

Today I have to take the guinea pigs to an aunt's house and the cat to my mother's house, finish some laundry and finish some last minute packing. There will be six of us spending Christmas on Waikiki Beach!! Can't wait!!

I'll be spending part of it moving the rest of my things into my new house. It's not the first thing I wanted to do over the break, but it's the only time that I have time to.

I just finished my first semester of college. I'm exhausted.
In my spare time I'll just be relaxing, spending some time with friends, maybe a little shopping. My best friend wants to go on a road trip (day trip). Hoping to get some cross country skiing in, although even that's looking daunting right now (and I truly LOVE cross country skiing). Mom also wants me to organize 10 years worth of old photos I'll be home for a month.

My parents are in the middle of relocating, so for the first time ever, the entire family is descending on my home for Christmas.

DD and I have a date Wednesday night to see Narnia. The family starts arriving on Thursday, and we'll have lots of baking, Christmas movie watching and touring of area Christmas lights to do. From Christmas Eve on there will be plenty of football watching, game playing and eating, of course. DH and I celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary on New Year's Eve, so hopefully some of the family will stick around for babysitting duty that night.

Well, Wed I have a half day for work to take DS to a Dr appointment, then Thurs my office closes early for our office party. Friday I have a half day of work, but no plans. Sat it is church and then to my aunts for Christmas eve. Sun it is Christmas morning at home, then to IL's, possibly a stop at my uncles in the evening. Mon is Christmas at my parents.

Then it is back to work on Tues.

I just finished my first semester of college too, so I'm just planning on relaxing for the most part.

I want to catch both King Kong and Memoirs of a Geisha over break and other than that, I'll probably just be spending time with my friends & boyfriend. I also think I'm going to pick up a few extra hours at work to have a little extra spending money. And of course, I've gotta hit the after Christmas sales.

Driving to Kentucky to see DH's family.

DH comes in this Thursday and is here until 1/9.

On Friday night I'm going to see/photograph one of my favorite bands, Dark New Day, out in Melbourne, pretty sure DH is planning on coming along.

Saturday I'm going to make more Christmas cookies and just relax.

I have next Monday off, I have no idea what I'm going to do--maybe hit some sales? Maybe sleep in? Definitely catch up on some writing--I have three major articles due in teh next couple months, and haven't even begun two of the three, have barely started the research for the third.

I work next Tuesday-Friday, and am photographing Crossfade 12/28.

NYE we're going to House of Blues to see Sevendust and spending the night at SSR. No plans for New Years Day or Monday--which I also have off--YEAH! We'll probably tackle some project around the house.

So basically a lot of nothing but I'll definitely enjoy my DH being around!
