What are your plans for Thanksgiving?

We will be in Disney for Thanksgiving this year!!! My most wild Thanksgiving was 2002. My water broke during dinner and my daughter was born that night, one month early. She will be 7 in just a few short weeks!!!:sad2:
They grow up so fast!!

Our big dinner this year will be at The Trails End at Fort Wilderness!!! I am so excited!!!!! :cool1:

Every other year we spend Thanksgiving in Disney. We would love to do it every year, but that is not possible (financially speaking). We go there the even years, so not this year. My grandparents always go with us. The last couple trips when we were there, we woke up early and took the girls to BBB for the first appointment of the day (though this will not hapen again next year as they are getting too big for it.) After theya re done we get their photos taken and walk around DTD for a while. Then we go to meet the boys (dad and grandpa) at Beaches and Cream for lunch which is always the same, a Kitchen Sink. (This will always be our tradition no matter how old they get!) Then we head back to the hotel for a while, the guys watch football the kids play in the arcade or whatever for a little while till we head to Chef Mickey's for an early dinner. After dinner we ride the monerail around the the GF to see the Gingerbread House, then back to the hotel for an early night as we always do the next morning an early breakfast at CRT. Next year things will change a little. We plan to swim for a while then head to get our same lunch, then go to "Minnie" Golf before dinner (Still at CM) then head to DTD to shop in the evening. Oh I wish it was this year...

The odd years we head to my grandparents. Gram does all the cooking. It will just be my family (DH and kids) and my grandma and grandpa and my great grandma. I don't have siblings and their 3 kids live all over and don't come home for holidays. DH's family, well, there isn't much of them and we don't see who there is left sad to say. It is ind of sad not having much family which probably adds to why we like to go away at Thanksgiving. Christmas is different because it is so much about the kids.

I am always so thankful on Thanksgiving and everyday for my family, as little as there is of them, and for the family we will have in the future when our kids have families and we get to enjoy the big family dinners and holidays for the first time.
