Sunshine Seasons: My sister and stepdaughter raved all week about their turkey w/ muenster sandwiches

Chicken strips: In my experiences, they are all the same at the CS places

I don't think I have tried any other things on your list.

Another of the girls favorite things though were the rice crispy treats at Goofy's candy company that they had dipped, rolled, and drizzled. They both loved these.

Sunshine Seasons (Ep):
-Strawberry Shortcake Cannot go wrong with this!
-Salad and sandwich recommendations please! Never had a sandwich there but the caesar salad is fantastic!

Pop Food Court:
-What's good for breakfast??? Every day DH and I got the adult breakfast platter, it was so good. We also shared a bowl of fruit, the freshest fruit is in WDW and a huge soft and gooey cinnamon roll, they are to die for

Boulangerie Patisserie (Ep):
DH loves the eclairs, I love the Napoleon but on one trip we tried something different we ordered this chocolate caramel mousse cake thing that was sooo good. The ham and cheese croissants are great and if you order a chocolate croissant ask them to heat it up for you, wow it will blow your mind

Other:
-Best place to get soft chocolate chip cookies? THE best place them is at WPE in DTD, they are the best I have ever had at WDW
-Best place to get chicken strips? They taste the same all over WDW, to me anyways
-Best place to get quesadillas? WPE has a killer BBQ chicken quesadilla
-Best CS breakfast choices? Main Street Bakery has awesome breakfast croissant sandwiches and french toast loaf. All the other CS breakfast places in resorts and parks are the same to me
-Best pizza? Sorry NO SUCH THING!

I thought the meatball sub at POP was pretty good.

I liked the pizza at Pinnochio Village Haus just because it came with the salad and dessert and we were able to get a table and watch "It's a Small World" while eating.

I did like that atmosphere.

Go for the double cheeseburger at the Liberty Inn also...Great!

Columbia Harbor House (MK):
-Tuna sandwich- This one is so good! My brother-in-law really likes the fish too.

Pop Food Court:
I love the food court at Pop. They have so many choices and I've always found everything to be hot and fresh.
-Other suggestions???- Shrimp Lo Mein, Chicken Soup (it has an Asian flavor)
-What's good for breakfast???- Chocolate pancakes, breakfast potatoes

Artists Point (WL):
-Baby iceberg wedge- Amazing! This is so good. My sister and I would probably go there just for this salad.
-Grilled beef tenderloin- This was awesome. The beef was so tender and the little potato pancake that comes with it is great. I also loved the spinach with mushrooms (I think that's been changed to swiss chard with mushrooms) and the onion and sauce is to die for.
-On our trip last December there were nine of us and we tried a variety of things. I can't think of anything that wasn't enjoyed.

Pizza Planet (DHS):
The food isn't fantastic, but it is tasty and I was really pleased with the amount of food that you got. The combos (pizza and salad) are really good deals.

Its bad enough trying to plan which restaurant to eat at 6 months in advance. If I had to pick my meal too, I would pick another vacation spot!

Try to wing it! On a hot day, that hot entree might not be so appealing.

Boulangerie Patisserie (Ep):
We have tried the mousse here and it was GOOD. :hyper:

Pizza Planet (DHS):
Standard WDW pizza; nothing special.

Other:
-Best place to get soft chocolate chip cookies?
Try Main Street Bakery or Boardwalk Bakery.

-Best place to get chicken strips?
I think WDW has the same-ish chicken strips all around.

-Best place to get quesadillas?
Wolfgang Puck Express's BBQ Chicken Quesadillas are what I really want to try next trip; they look very good.

-Best CS breakfast choices?
For breakfast, we go to our resort's CS and get something there before heading out to the parks, unless we have a ressie for breakfast somewhere.

-Best pizza?
Great pizza? At WDW? ;)

I agree that overall, the pizza WDW stinks (good luck finding a decent cup of coffee too) but Pizza Planet it actually ok. Not great, but ok if you are craving pizza!

Pop makes great sundaes. Get your ticket stamped when you pay for your dinner and go back for your sundae after you eat, its the best dessert! The cheesecake is worth a try also, if only for the novelty.

We also really liked the Mom's TV dinners.

Can only help with a couple; at POP, the Parm Chicken w/Penne was great. As well as their Tye Dye Cheesecake. Waffles for breakfast were delicious. Then at Cali Grill; that Pork Tenderloin was so good. Our favorite cookie was from DHS; it was a sugar cookie shaped like Mickey with his ears dipped in chocolate. YUMMO! Enjoy.popcorn::

Boulangerie Patisserie (Ep): the cheese plate and a loaf of bread makes the perfect mid afternoon snack ::yes::

A good friend ate at CG not long ago and raves about the Veal Cheeks. She made me swear to try them on my trip in October. Hopefully, you're not a PETA member.

I agree that you can't miss:

the strawberry shortcake at sunshine seasons
a snack from boulangerie in france
the penne and chicken from pop

Also, you may want to try:
starring rolls: tiramisu or strawberry parfait
Make your own treats at goofy's candy co in DTD
A snack from the mainstreet bakeshop or confectionary in MK
A funnel cake from sleepy hollow in MK
Dole whip from Aloha aisle in MK

Cosmic Rays(MK) and toy story pizza planet (DHS) are great CS choices.

Spoodles has a pizza window around lunch time, its at the boardwalk. They sell it by the slice and it is FANTASTIC!!!!! The people who say there is no good pizza have not tried this. It's so cheesy and delicious, yum!!!

Thanks! and Thanks everyone for these replies!!

A question about the Pop chicken parm:

I don't like pasta. I was hoping this was a sandwich. Do they sell this as a sandwich or can you substitute the pasta for a salad or veggies?

Great thought, but I am a very picky eater and also extremely indecisive, so with WDW trips, I try to come up with a list of options before we get there to save DF from having to wait forever for me to decide what to order! :rotfl2:

My DF would probably be interested in that, but veal cheeks are DEFINATELY a no for me :scared: :rotfl:

Chocolate chip cookies: Goofy's Candy Co on Main Street
Chicken Strips: Columbia Harbour House
Quesadillas: Wolfgang Puck Express-DTD
CS Breakfast choice: Beingettes at POFQ
Pizza: Wolfgang Puck Express-hands down!

I have to 2nd this choice. Also, there is a great selection at Wolfgang Puck Express for flatbread (california style) pizzas.:thumbsup2

I would stay away from the pork tenderloin at California Grill. Mine was extremly tough, almost inedible. Everything else (including the flat bread appetizer, soups, and the polenta accompanying the pork!) was excellent.

As for a great soft chocolate chip cookie, go to the Bakery/sandwich French place in Epcot tucked back in the corner behind their main restaurant. It is a great bakery, and great for sandwiches, too. Then walk even further back by the kidcot station and eat at tables in the wonderfully air conditioned section!
