What are your "Must Go To" places to eat?

Crystal Palace breakfast, Le Cellier lunch, and Cape May dinner are our favorites. We loved Via Napoli and Tusker House breakfast on our last trip so they are going to make it for the next trip, too.

The only "must" on our list is Flying Fish. The food and service always are topnotch. Le Cellier dinner used to be on the list, but, quite frankly, it just isn't worth the money or two dining credits. Ditto with California Grill. Boma is delicious and appeals to all ages, but we've been there so much that it's no longer a "must" for us. We dropped Cafe May Buffet from our list of "musts" after the price outstripped the quality. Artist Point is good, but it's not a "must." Same with Narcoosee's. Le Chefs de France and Coral Reef fell off our list after we had dreadful meals there.

Very happy to read so many great things about Flying Fish. I've added it to our upcoming March trip as a first-time place for us to try. It will be easier to try it as 2 adults instead of with the whole family.

We are giving LeCellier another try since we are not on the dining plan and DH loves a good steak. I wonder if we should consider Yachtsman instead, since we've never tried it?

We still love Cali Grill and consider it a must for the familiy trips, mostly for the flatbreads, sushi and my favorite Sonoma Goat Cheese Ravioli! Even my picky DS will eat that one...had TWO servings last trip!

Also planned to give Coral Reef a first-time run during our next trip. I was looking for something in EPCOT and a place that might have seafood, even though as a Marylander I know it won't compare. I enjoyed Le Chef during a previous trip, but thought we'd try someplace new.

We'll see if by the time I return in March my *MUST DO* places have changes, since we are trying many new ones for that trip. Of course, if you read my PTR (link in my siggy) you can see I've made MANY changes to the ADRs already...so who knows where we will really end up eating in two months!

We like Liberty Tree for dinner in Magic Kingdom. Whispering Canyon at the Wilderness Lodge is alot of fun and good food....Great milkshakes!!

1900 Parkfare best buffet (however DS may not care for Cinderella, Chef Mickey's is ok)
50s Primetime awesome family meal (recommend over Sci-fi)

Columbia Harbor House
Earl of Sand which (we prefer to pay OOP)
Yak and Yeti (loved the QS don't care too much for TS)

Prime time is a must every year along with tusker house, normally breakfast but we are trying the lunch this year!

First for us this year is Boma after hearing great things I added it to our dinners!

We've only been 3 times so far, so we still focus more on trying new places than revisiting favorites...with one exception. Le Cellier is a must do every trip.

Ones we've been to that I'd like to revisit after trying more new places:
Jiko
Kona
Tony's (but stay away from the marinara sauce )
Chefs de France
Nine Dragons


Ones I am fine to skip until they change a few things:
Yachtsman - service was **terrible** and food was just ok for a signature

Spirit of Aloha - it was worth doing once, but now I feel like we've "been there, done that"

Any character meals - the food is usually sub-par and the atmosphere is hectic. Of course, we have no kids, so YMMV. We had a lovely dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table during our honeymoon, but now it is a princess meal just like breakfast and lunch, so we won't be going back.

Cape May is #2
Character Buffett-depends on who u want to see- don't care- Crystal Palace
Le Cellier best in Epcot
can usually get a seat at Octoberfest
the drinking is better than the eating in Epcot
never had a bad meal at Mama Melrose
snack away in Magic Kingdom
Brown Derby is usually good
limited choices in AK- Tusker House is the best choice

We usually stay at the Yacht & Beach Club for a lot of reasons, one is proximity to EPCOT for dining.

We like the Cape May Buffet a lot, Restaurant Marrakesh,Tokyo Dining, Teppan Edo, the Rose & Crown and Akershus.

We always go to The Brown Derby for a Cobb salad. We also really enjoy Boma and Jiko.

We spread the rest of our meals among ones we haven't tried and ones we did, but didn't make the "top ten".

Later this year I will be taking my 10th trip to WDW. I would miss Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe in Tomorrowland at the Magic Kingdom. This is a MUST DO. This year he will have to compete with Be Our Guest.

I also highly recommend Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary. The food is pretty good, but the ambience for Disney is great. An active Disney dinner!
