What are your Must Do restaurants?

There are so many terrific resturants at WDW, I don't have any "must do"s. I've got lots I love-Pizzafari, Norwegian Bakery, Beaches and Cream, Columbia Harbor House, Coral Reef, Cape May Cafe character breakfast, Tangerine Cafe, Liberty Tree Tavern, Grand Floridian Cafe, Sci Fi Dine Inn. So many places to enjoy-so little time!

Magic Kingdom - Plaza Restaurant
MGM - Brown Derby
Epcot - Mexico for Nachos and Margarita for Illuminations!!
Animal Kingdom - Rainforest for Breakfast and the Lodge for Dinner

'Ohana has been a tradition for us since our girls (10 & 12 now) were teeny tiny, back when there was lo mein on the menu (think '99). We have been through the menu changes an still book it every trip. Chef Mickeys used to be on the must do list but lately the menu gets more "high falutin'" so that we don't even go there. Concourse was a favorite, but it closes next May. We also "have" to do Nine Dragons, we'll actually be there the last night that they are open before the year long renovation closure. Waaaa!
