Just for fun.....

What would your ideas for new restaurants on property be? In the parks, resorts, DTD, etc.

What type of food? Theming?

A restaurant overlooking Pirates of the Caribbean like Blue Bayou at DL.

Another sitdown restaurant to eat lunch at the WL besides Whispering Canyon.
Maybe with a Pacific NW/Rim influence with the quality of Artist Point.

A sitdown restaurant at AK overlooking the unused river.

A good Mexican restaurant in one of the resorts to replace the defunct Juan and Only's ( Chef Todd English is opening another restaurant in it's spot at the Dolphin)
The Maya grill had a unique menu which is now changed. It didn't seem to work at CS. It should have. It is now more of a Steak and Chop house.

Ooohh! I like madcoco's idea of a sit-down restaurant overlooking the river at AK.

I would like to see a Thai, Portugese, or Greek restaurant. Of course, I would want those to be located in the Epcot WS, and have them build entire pavillions to go with the restaurants!!! :teeth:

Hmmmm....Maybe a place where a $15 steak doesn't cost $29 or $35?

A character buffet at MGM that is like House of Mouse--have a few characters on stage, show some cartoons, let the characters visit. You would never know exactly who the characters would be at each meal--always a surprise.

Pretty much in agreement with madcoco.
The AK simply cries out for a fine table service spot, and overlooking the "unused river" would be great.

Would like to see a spot like the old Sum Chows in the Dolphin--fine Pacific Rim dining. Or "upscale" Chinese.

Would like to see a "true" seafood restautrant, where you could get a seafood platter, or a "real" Md. Crabcake. Location would be optional.

And finally--a restaurant at the American Pavilion in Epcot, where cusine from all regions of the US would be served. What's there now is a total embarassment.
