Do you like to watch the candy makers and say hello?
Are you a window shopper and just take a peek, so as to not ruin your keto plan? 😜
OR, do you come in with a must have list to enjoy in the park and take home?!

Tell us about your favorite treats at Candy Palace!

I can't eat anything out of the case due to Celiac Disease, but I love the 'prepackaged' English Toffee and the Caramel Corn. YUM!!

DS2 for some reason really loves those Mickey head suckers, the ones that come in a 'bunch'. I don't think they're all that wonderful but I expect they're 'tied up' in his childhood memories of DL.

Churro toffee! It's my absolute favorite now.

I also love the red velvet Mickey mummy cake pop during Halloween. I am not normally a cake pop person but this one is so good. My husband is a caramel apple guy and my daughter gets a chocolate cupcake.

I will forever miss the Mickey truffles and the nut clusters :guilty:. I do LOVE the English toffee, love the gingerbread Mickey cookie (from the Candy Palace, not the smaller one they sell elsewhere), but not much else. Dislike marshmallow and rice Krispies, not generally a cookie or fudge fan, really dislike highly colored items, and most of the cookies are not worth the money to me. But I buy a lot of Victorian toffee and gingerbread Mickeys to make up for it :D

Oh my! I forgotten about those adorable gingerbread Mickeys!!

The chocolate peanut butter sandwiches are my favorite! They freeze well too so I always bring some home to tide me over until my next visit. I also like the toffee as well, I usually bring home a couple bags of that too.
Oooo...what are these?? They sound good...

These are my ALL TIME favorites and so happy they brought them back recently!

chocolate marshmallow wands !!!
DH likes the big chocolate chip cookies (but wishes they had nuts in them)
chocolate fudge
caramel apple
chocolate covered marshmallow squares (forget what they are called..... fudgies or something )... but they mess them up with nuts !! I could do without the nuts barging into the chocolate and marshmallow goodness !
lots of things in the candy palace are sooooo tempting !
oh, yeah, those gingerbread mickeys are good !!

My husband loves these so much that he doesn’t mind at all when I take a solo trip to DL as long as I bring one home for him :)

Are the rocky road tins back? I've taken a quick look the last couple of times and haven't seen them. Haven't asked a CM yet.

I always liked the marshmallow wands, but particularly the Tigger Tails at Pooh’s corner, For awhile they coated them in orange colored sugar instead of the orange colored white chocolate- didn’t care for those; but then they went back to the orange chocolate.

English toffee and churro toffee -- however, we tweaked some home recipes and it's surprisingly easy to make. Still a nice treat to have walking around the parks!

I will forever miss the prepackaged fudge trays and the old school version of their s’more. These days there isn’t much pull there for me. If anything I’ll grab a few prepackaged bags of sour belts or Mickey licorice if they are on sale.

I'm heart broken they no longer sell the gummy worms from goofy's candy. I loved them so much that when I was little, my mom would drive up there on a weekday during the holidays to put them in my Christmas stocking

A square approximately 3 in by 3 inch (maybe a little bigger) and about an inch thick of a peanut butter mixture with peanuts inside topped with thick chocolate and some chopped peanuts. They used to also have a top and bottom layer of graham crackers but now that they have returned the graham cracker hasn't been included. Which is fine with me, I think they taste even better without them, but I don't like graham crackers much.

The first two days of my recent trip they were nowhere to be found and I was so bummed. Then as I was walking past Marceline's in Downtown Disney one afternoon I thought about checking, then I was like "nah, they won't have them if they aren't in the parks." But something pulled my body into the store and I think I might have gasped when I so them I was so excited! I was on a solo trip and after the second day of not finding them anywhere my husband stopped asking me if I found them when I talked to him on the phone, he loves them too. So I could barely contain my excitement but I lasted four more days and at lunch the day I returned home I surprised him with dessert! I also may have brought too many home to freeze up, but it's worth it!

Yes I saw them on Sunday night (8/1) at the Candy Palace. I almost bought one, but I went with the chocolate peanut butter sandwich instead.
