I love Black Eyed Peas new song "Boom Boom Boom" and I like other fast songs with a good beat like Outkast's "Hey Ya" (old) and Beyonce's "All the Single Ladies".
I'll get a pile on for this but what the hey. I'm used to it.
I've kinda gotten to like listening to the seedier music now. Maddona's x-rated Justify My Love. NIN's Closer. Yello's Oh Yeah, AC/DC's Big Balls and Def Leard's Cherry Pie. Just gets the blood pumping.
Who knows...next week it could be Aerosmith and Queen again.

I guess I'm seedy too. I have Chili Peppers, AC/DC, Aerosmith, The Ramones, Korn, Rob Zombie, Sublime, and.... Elton John??? Wait, how did he get in there? Oh well. Love him anyway.
I'm not sure what type of workout you're doing, but I mostly do the Gazell & lately I've been listening to big band swing type music, it has a great beat & is really fast paced!
I love listening to Kayne West's "Stronger" when I"m lifting. (Particularly when I do push-ups). When I want to crank up my boxing stuff- I always play "Saturday's Alright for Fighting"/"Mortal Combat".

I've been doing Zumba classes for a few months now, and you burn between 800-1000 calories an hour (seriously, we measured), and the music is always the latest fusion of pop, latin, hip hop, etc.
BEP's Boom Boom's heavy on our instructor's playlist right now.
youtube "zumba", you'll see some videos and they usually have the playlists to go along with them. .
