after reading these boards for awhile I'm not expecting 5 star food and that's ok with us. We have our character meals set so now I'm looking to fill in the rest with TS and CS options in MK and EPCOT (and onsite resorts) that have the absolute best atmosphere/theme/magic. ❤️ We're staying at poly.

Inside MK: BOG (though you probably already have that booked), Columbia Harbour House, the 2nd floor can be very quiet, Cinderella's Royal Table has great atmosphere.

CR/Poly/GF: The atmosphere at any of the signatures are excellent, especially Cali Grill in The CR, and Ohana in The Poly. Victoria and Albert in The GF has probably the most romantic atmosphere, but I don't know if starting at $185 per person (before tax and tip) is within your budget.

Inside Epcot: Biergarten has a great German Oktoberfest feel to it. Rose and Crown is a very British Pub. Chef's de France will take you back to a fine French restaurant. Restaurant Marrakesh will transport you to Morocco for a meal. For Counter Service, just slip into a country where you like or are intrigued by the food. Just stay away from China, their stuff is terrible. The strip mall by your house serves better Chinese food.

BC/YC/BWI/Swolphin: I'm not sure about their TS restaurants outside of Yachtsman, which is a signature and serves good steak in a upscale setting. The Swan and Dolphin have great restaurants in there. Bluezoo and Shula's get raved about a lot. For CS, Beaches and Cream is tough to beat. Lots of ice cream in a '50s soda shoppe feel. They even serve something called a "Kitchen Sink" which is everything they have in a huge bowl! They even unload an entire can of whipped cream on top!

Magic Kingdom: Be Our Guest (Beauty and the Beast)
Epcot: San Angel Inn (a Mexican village at night, next to the water & an active volcano)
Resorts: Beaches and Cream at the Beach Club (50's diner theme) and Hoop Dee Doo Revue dinner show at Fort Wilderness (Old West vaudeville show & really entertaining)

Atmosphere:

MK: BOG
EP: San Angel, Coral Reef
Resorts:Mizer's Lounge (great live music; snacks/small plates), Trader Sam's (small plates), Sanaa (in the daylight)

Food:

MK: Skipper's Canteen
EP: No standout favorite here; Via Napoli is ok
Resorts: The Wave, Jiko, Sanaa

Resorts: Whispering Canyon, Trader Sam's (just drinks and apps, but a must-do for atmosphere and magic), O'hana dinner

MK: BOG
EP: San Angel Inn, Biergarten

MK...Be Our Guest is awesome for atmosphere, food, eh
Epcot...San Angel Inn immerses you into a Mexican village with a river nearby at night, Biergarten is a German village with a live band
HS...50s PTC sits you right in the middle of the dining room of Mama where you watch clips of old shows and enjoy some antics by the waitstaff< food is pretty good too
Resorts...Ohana feels like you are smack dab in the middle of the Islands, the entertainment livens it up and the views of the MK fireworks aint bad either

MK - BOG, LTT, and Tony's.
Epcot - Coral Reef, Chefs, and Tutto Italia. We also like LC.
DHS - 50's PTC.
AK -Rainforest Cafe.
AKL - Boma
WL - WCC.

MK - Be Our Guest
Epcot - San Angel Inn (though I'd eat at an off time -- say 11:30 for lunch or 4:00 for dinner so that it might be less crowded).

I don't think anywhere else really compares to those two for atmosphere. There are a few other places that have a nice atmosphere, but nothing special to me. At Epcot, the patio at Via Napoli in the evenings (way too loud inside for us), Tutto Gusto and Spice Road Table can all be relaxing. I also like grabbing breakfast at Les Halles and eating outside before World Showcase opens. At MK, the upstairs balcony area of Pinocchio Village Haus probably has the best view of the MK QS places.

At the resorts, if you are interested in a trip to Animal Kingdom Lodge then Sanaa for lunch (easywdw review - http://www.easywdw.com/easy/blog/sanaa-quick-service-breakfast-review-and-bonus-lunch/)
Narcoossee's is probably the nicest view/atmosphere of the MK area resort restaurants that we've tried.
Epcot area resorts - sitting outside at Hurricane Hannah's and grabbing lunch is relaxing (assuming it isn't 90 degrees), but the food is pretty sub-standard.
