I didn't mean for it to come off that way. It's just my hubby isn't really an egg person, but he loves mine. There's no rocket science to it: eggs, salt and pepper, some chopped up Canadian bacon, cheddar cheese, sometimes a scallion, and a splash of milk. They are good, I enjoy them, but my husband just fawns over them. Having tasted his mother's cooking though, I can surely understand how something that is seasoned tastes so good.
