So, we haven't had one of these in awhile and I like to read.

What was the last thing you read?

What was the last thing you read, like it? The Art of Disney by Christopher Finch. Loved it, about Disney back from birth until 1995.

What are you reading now? Postcards to Father Abraham by Catherine Lewis.

How is it, would you recommend it? Pretty good so far, short chapters, easy to read and pick up on. I would recommend it at this point.

What do you plan on reading next? The Three Musketeers. Found a list of books you should read before college, decided to start on it.

Do you read in the summer? Heck yes, all the time

How is it, would you recommend it? It was good.

What was the last thing you read? A Gossip Girl book.
What are you reading now? Stephen Fry's autobiography.
How is it, would you recommend it? Yes, because it's Stephen Fry. And he's awesome. xD
What do you plan on reading next? I'm not sure.. I need to try and get Meg Cabot's latest book shipped over here because they don't sell it here yet.
Do you read in the summer? Yep, all the time. I love lying on my trampoline/in the park/on the beach/by the pool and reading.

What was the last thing you read? Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, I think.

What are you reading now? Perchance to Dream by Lisa Mantchev

How is it, would you recommend it? It's okay, it's a sequal and the first was phenomenal. It doesn't make much sense thus far. Not sure if I'd reccomend it, but I definitely reccomend Eyes Like Stars, which it is the sequal to.

What do you plan on reading next? Fire by Kristen Cashore, then East of Eden by John Steinbeck

Do you read in the summer? Yup. I always have, and not just the reading for school.

The last thing I read was Boy Meets Boy by David Levithan. It was adorable, I loved it. It wasn't as funny as I had hoped though.

I'm currently reading The Origin of Species by Nino Ricci. I loved the beginning, but I'm at a slow part right now. The author tends to write run on sentences, and is in general opposed to having shorter paragraphs. But the book is good so far.

I'm not sure what I'm going to read next. I might read The Solitude of Prime Numbers by Paolo Giordano. I almost bought it last weekend, but The Origin of Species was thicker and cheaper.

I read in the summer, on my own accord. We do not get summer homework or reading lists.

What are you reading now? Mating Rituals of the North American WASP by Laura Lipton
How is it, would you recommend it? I started it a while ago, then stopped because I was too busy with school to read. So now I'm starting over. It's really good though..but for an older crowd.
What do you plan on reading next? Who knows. I need a trip to Barnes and Noble soon..haha
Do you read in the summer? (Assuming some of you are still in school) No summer reading, but I do miss it. I will usually go over to the summer reading tables at Barnes and Noble and check out those books. My previous summer reading books in high school were some of the best books I've ever read, no lie.

What was the last thing you read, like it? um i was supposed to read treasure island and dandelion wine for school (i chose them) but i didn't technically finish either. the attached project was stupid. i've read both before. lol so idk if they count

How is it, would you recommend it? i recommend chillin with every fiber of my being

What do you plan on reading next? i think kingdom keepers 3. was going to read 1984 but that's too depressing

How is it, would you recommend it? I'm rereading it for the who knows what time, so yes.

How is it, would you recommend it? it's awesome! melanie is a friend of the family and this book is historical fiction about the muse for alice in wonderland.
What do you plan on reading next? fairest of them all

What was the last thing you read? Evermore by Alyson Noel. Just finished it an hour ago. Before that, Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater (READ IT!!!) and Numbers by... I forget. But that was pretty decent, too.
What are you reading now? Well, it's not in yet at my bookstore, but Blue Moon by Alyson Noel. The sequel.
How is it, would you recommend it? Yes, even though it's a little Twilight ripoff-y. But I'd say it's marginally better. IDK.
What do you plan on reading next? The 3rd and 4th books in that series, and then If I Stay by Gayle Forman. After that, Linger by Maggie Stiefvater. REALLY looking forward to that. IDK, I have a LOT of books I'm gonna read soon.
Do you read in the summer? Pshyeah.

What was the last thing you read? Macbeth to start learning more about it since it's going to be the fall play for my theatre next year
What are you reading now? The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown
How is it, would you recommend it? It's pretty good so far. I'm only like 100ish pages in though so the real Robert Langdon (DaVinci Code character) action hasn't quite set in yet but I'm sure it's coming soon.
What do you plan on reading next? Under the Dome by Steven King. Saw it months ago in a bookstore, finally got it from the library and actually have time to read it.
Do you read in the summer? All the time. It's the one time of the year that I actually have time to read for fun!

How is it, would you recommend it? Yes, I really like it. It's a good book, and written very well

Do you read in the summer? (Assuming some of you are still in school) Yes, I do (I'm out of school, last day was today, and I plan on reading a lot this summer). I actually read more in the summer then during the school year.

What are you reading now? "Good Omens". I adore this book. You have no idea.
How is it, would you recommend it? Definitely read it. It's hilarious and just plain awesome. Seriously, it'll be one of the most fun books you ever pick up.
What do you plan on reading next? You know...I don't know. LOL. I've got a book on US Imperialism/Interference in the Middle East and the world in general that I've been wanting to read.

What was the last thing you read? Finished Postcards to Father Abraham, didn't care for it. Just finished Distant Waves, didn't really like it. Was suppose to be about the Titanic but the Titanic was hardly in it.

What are you reading now? Chronicles of Narnia: The Last Battle.

How is it, would you recommend it? Eh. I don't really care for it, so no.
