i dont want to be rude, i just wanted to find out around what amount people are paying...and what it would cost for 2 adults,1 day tickets and ddp for 3 nights in a value resort....i am also hoping for a fl. resi. discount...thanks

We got Poly for $222.08 for Sept 5-Sept 12 via an e-mail pin we got in January.

We've got a ressie at a value at book rate through Disney at $82.00/night. I'm hoping for the DDP though, and if it doesn't pan out by the first week of April, I'm going to AAA for the room discount.

I lucked out on the tickets. I was going through our safe at home the other day and found a couple of unused World Hopper Plus tickets we had bought a long time ago that I had totally forgot about!

We are paying $221 a night for the Poly Sept 28-Oct 8th. We used that code to get 40% off!

I didn't get a pin number....sigh....I am paying $258 per night for the Poly GV for Sept 30 through Oct 5.

Still very cheap. How did you get that rate? My rate for that time before the 40% was a lot more then that.

I paid 139 a night for the coronado for 9-27 thru 10-2. I didn't get a discount on the room because we booked the trip last December when we were in DW so we could get the free dining, which is fine with me free dining will let us save a lot more than the room discount:cool1:

we got 4 nights at Contempoary MK view for 3 adults and 2 kids for 1177.00 room only. got the 405 off

2 people, me and the hubby...
$2547.22 Got the 40% off deal! :thumbsup2
This includes.....
7 nights at Animal Kingdom Lodge Savannah View
DINING PLAN
8 days of Hopper tickets

Hi-

I am collecting quotes for Sept. trip. Is the 40% off a public code or are you asking for an extension of the code that for now is just through May?

Thanks!:flower3:

From what I've learned...
The 40% off code was a code, but you needed a pin # attached to you name. Some people got to use this code without a pin #, but it was a mistake, those people that got it, got lucky. :tink:
I didin't even know I had a pin until I called Disney like 5 times asking for it, then I got someone that checked my old last name and there is was!

I think the last day you could use this pin was March 15th..
I'm sure more deals will be coming out.. They always do!

I never got a postcard in the mail, but called and asked if there was a code attached to my name, and there was! Got 40%. With the 40% off, we got two rooms at Coronado Springs for 5 nights, 6 day parkhoppers and dining.

Package #1 - DH and I: $1492.96

Package #2 - our kids, 22, 19 and 17: $1994.74

I have $3500, 7 nights, Garden View concierge at the Poly, 1 day tickets, with dining plan for family of 5. I think the price with the 40% code made the room just under $300 per night, for concierge. Huge savings.

Recently though, I found rates for May on travelocity for 25-50% off various resorts...so that is always worth checking!

We got Poly 6 nights 9/2-9/8, 6 day base tickets: 2 adults, 1 junior, & 1 child, DDP 3 adults & 1 child. For $2951.52 w/ 40% code.

Well we missed out on the 40% code and it looks like we are missing out on free dining as well. Still hoping for some sort of code by September. WHat we have so far is POR Riverside from 9/28-10/7 , dining and 9day park hoppers with water parks and more for $4211. This is for 2 adults, 1 junior and 2 kids. Man I was really hoping for free dining. Oh well.:confused3

I'd be interested in when you are going? I too have CR w/MKV in Sep, albeit for seven nights. Unfortunately for me, I have only the AAA discount (15% for deluxe) as I was not sent a 40% code. Further, I quoted this room with WDTC, my AAA agent, and calculated it myself by quoting online and factoring in the AAA 15% discount.

By my math, assuming a $395 RR for this room (not counting for any taxes), I have realized the promised 15% (appx. $335 per night- :scared1: ). However, using the same RR, I do not see the 40% rate in your stated cost.

$1,177 (for 4 nights) / 4 (nights) = $295 per night. 40% of $395 is $158, so the room rate should have been ($395-$158) *4 = $948.

:confused3 So, aside from falling into a 40% rate myself (ever hopeful), I'd like to understand how your rate was developed. :confused3
