I made Catalina chicken.
3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup catalina dressing
1/2 apricot preserves
1/2 packet dry onion soup mix
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together dressing, preserves, and soup mix. Pour on top of chicken. Bake for 45 minutes.
It was yummy. I served it with cheesy rotini and leftover "Lindsay succotash."
