What Are You Looking Forward to on your next trip?

I have sooooo many great memories of my favorite place.

The one that comes to mind now is on my last trip which included my mom and my DD5 (at the time). On the bus back to the resort, DD told Grandma that she knew why Jiminy Cricket was Grandma's favorite - because she had watched him on TV when she was little. "But," DD said, "Jiminy Cricket (who we had met earlier in the day) is just a person in a costume, just pretend." Grandma agreed with this and said that even so pretend is still very fun, just like DD with all the princesses. DD looked at Grandma with the utmost of sincerity and said, "Oh no, Grandma, the princesses are real!"

First of all my favorite memory of my last trip is the sheer fact that I got to go with my BFF and her family. We went during Spring Break last year and had a marvelous time. I am so glad we go to make that trip because in October of last year - my BFF (32 years old & pregnant) had a massive stroke that nearly took her life! She is recovering well and will deliver her baby on April 8th - but her life will never be the same. I am so grateful that we got to share that time together before this tragic thing happened!

As far as what I am looking forward to my next trip...well, it is coming up in November and I am looking forward to a lot. First of all my entire immediate family will be with me - Dad, Mom, Sister, BIL, neices and nephew, DH, and my 2 DSs. I am excited about seeing all the Christmas decorations as it has been a few years since I have been there for that. I am excited about seeing all the recently refurbed rides and attractions. Most of all I cannot wait to see the looks on my boys faces - it is priceless!
