What are you doing up so early?

So, what are ya'll doing up so early on a Sunday morning?

Me, I couldn't sleep because I'm all stuffed up from a cold and DH is snoring.

Oh, and I should mention that he's lucky to be alive.

I went to bed early last night and left DH to take care of picking up my son from a bowling alley. When I got up to go to the bathroom at 6 a.m., DS wasn't in his room! I woke DH (doesn't stand for Dear here) up and asked him where DS was and he mumbled "I don't know."



I kept shaking him and asking, "What do you mean you don't know? Did he call? Did you look for him?" and he just kept saying he didn't know where he was.

Well, he was still half asleep, but then realized what he was saying and told me that DS spent the night with a friend and he dropped them off at the friend's house.

After that scare, I was pretty wide awake.

I have to go to work. At least I can sleep in tomorrow.

I'm up because well I just woke up and couldn't get back to sleep so oh well

We are always up by this time. We actually slept in until after 6am. My DH could easily sleep late but the kids won't let him. We have church today so we would have to be up anyway!

Marseeya, what a scare you got this morning!!! I would have reacted the same way!!! Glad you got it straightened out.

Oh and i know how you feel Marseeya i am sooo stuffed up from the cold weather too it's driving me CRAZY!!! and giving me the worst headaches :-(

My DS doesn't know how to sleep past 7 - doesn't matter what time he goes to sleep, he will always be up early. I look out the window and we have snow! All DS wants is to go outside -

Wait until he's a teen. Then you'll be lucky if he rolls himself out of bed by noon.
