What are those water bottle things called?

Ok maybe I am imaging something but I swear there is some kind of sleeve or insulator you can put your water bottle in and then it has a clip you can attach to your bag or whatever? Does this exist or did I imagine this?

I know what you are talking about, but I haven't seen just the sleeve. I was at Target today and then had them attached to the waterbottle as a set for $2.99 in the camping area. They had the insulator and the clip. Really nice. I will be picking some up for our June trip.
