What are they?!

Has anyone ever seen these little things that can record X amount of sound and then you put them in your scrapbook? I saw them once on the DIY Network or something and I have no idea what they are called or where I can get them, LOL.

The record a message buttons do look interesting. I know you can order them through Joanns.com but the store doesn't carry them. The website does have a few reviews from individuals who have bought it.

I had wanted to use one for a retirement dinner. The gentlemen used to always sing Mr. Rogers song "Won't you be mine" around the office and we wanted to put that in the album, however I couldn't order it in time.
