What are the vouchers in the Mickey Mail package these days?

I know there's mini golf and usually Disney Quest... What else? And are there time constraints on these? How many people per voucher? We are only doing one park day this trip (long weekend) and looking to do some of the smaller things. Trying to plan our budget. Thanks!
