What are the value/peak seasons?

I'm trying to figure out when is the best time to go. Do you know where I can find a list of the "seasons"?

If you go to mousesavers.com and get to the resorts section, you can find the rates for the hotels and what the seasons are.

I believe they are also listed at allearsnet.com too.
