What are the rules for picking up someone else's package at Expo?

Well, my friend decided not to run Disney this year. She wants to get her hamstring back to 100%, but she wants me to pick up her goodie bag and t-shirt.

Will her confirmation form work or will I need something signed by her?

Last year, my wife picked up my race packet for me. They required a letter of authorization, my number pick up card and a copy of my photo ID (drivers license).

Here's a copy of the letter:

Walt Disney World Marathon
Official Race Number and Race Packet Pick-up

To Whom It May Concern:

Please accept this letter as permission for my wife, Tracy Scott, to pick up my Official Race Number and Race Packet in my absence. Attached you will find my Official Race Number Pick-up Card and Waiver (dated and signed), and a copy of my Florida drivers license as photo identification.

I did the same thing as noted above to pick up my husbands stuff in 2005. You will need all 3 things: letter, copy of photo ID and registration card.
