..but for KIS- The Dolphin and Swan concierge are almost exactly the same, but Dolphin has a smaller club lounge.
Staff- very nice, I know a few go between both hotels. Mama T, if you have the pleasure of meeting her as I know she's mostly at the Swan, is fantastic, as is Neville and Thabo (Thabo I know goes between both locations).
Food- selection is good, but not a huge variety- typical continental breakfast and hors d' oeuvres at night- usally a veggie tray, fruit tray, rolls, cookies, and one hot item. Alcohol available on cash basis. Beyond that there is nothing else, where the disney hotels do have food throughout the day
I probably shouldn't say this, but the floors are NOT private, so basically anyone could get up and use the facilities which if I was paying full rate for I would be miffed- however with my parents paying 60 a night plus starwood points we hardly have room to complain!!
HOWEVER, much like Disney room cards the staff has ways of telling where people are staying and if they are supposed to be on club levels and who's not.
Hope this helps!
