What are the 'normal' food and mercy discounts for APs?

We have 3 trips coming up and are upgrading to annual passes during our trip in June. I have reviewed the bonus 45th anniversary discounts that are available through September. We are also going in November and I am unfamiliar with what sort of discounts I should expect at restaurants and stores during that trip

Mostly just curious.

What - pray tell - is a "mercy discount"?
The pre celebration discount was about 10% at a smaller select number of locations.
They haven't announced what it will be after September. But discounts vary and are never guaranteed.

10% like pp said in both stores and select restaurants. The list of restaurants who offered discounts normally was much smaller than what was offered for the 45th anniversary.
